RETURN POLICY
At Bad Kitty Clothing, our aim is to make sure that you love your new clothes. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and making sure that each customer is happy. Each item is fully inspected before it leaves the warehouse for any tears, stains or abnormalities. Only perfect clothes are sent out. This is our guarantee to you.
A full refund, or exchange will be granted only if the clothes are returned in an unworn, unwashed, unstained condition. We reserve the right to make that determination. Thongs and camisoles are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not pay for return shipment.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS
This site is the property of Bad Kitty Clothing. No material from Bad Kitty Clothing may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. The images of the shirts modeled are the property of American Apparel. The designs themselves are property of Bad Kitty Clothing. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Bad Kitty Clothing and American Apparel's copyright and other proprietary rights. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other Web site or networked computer environment is prohibited. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are proprietary to Bad Kitty Clothing with the exception of those images belonging to American Apparel as so noted.

We support small business on the Web by reciprocal linking. Bad Kitty Clothing has no control whatsoever over such third parties or their internet sites or their products or services.
